Improved confidence

My name is Brenda and I have been John's [John Lash's] partner for eight years. John had a stroke in Nov 2008 which disabled him a lot.

We worked together on his rehabilitation and got to a certain point then everything went into slow mode. When approached to be on the Im-Able program we were delighted. John has done everything asked of him and the people involved were wonderful.

Some improvement comes after much effort

Twenty four years after my injury, I purchased an Able-X device in November 2010. I have noticed slight improvements (gradual) in my arm movement, muscle tension and its circulation.

I’m feeling hopeful again about gaining more function in my limb. This has come after considerable effort and persistence using the device regularly.  I’m encouraged by the gains I have made and plan to keep putting in the effort.

Many thanks  for the system and we have all had a most entertaining time with it! We now have it coming up onto the big screen television and everyone has been having a turn.

Willie is mastering it and naturally is complaining of a sore arm!!
 
We will look forward to meeting you in the next few weeks, just give us a call when you know when you will be coming up.
